The Space Creators got their start providing—you guessed it—space.  Space to create.  Space to grow.  Space to play.  Because, whether you're an artist or an entrepreneur, there comes a time when you need to grow.  Whether you've outgrown your home studio or you've decided that your business doesn't belong under drab acoustical tiles in an office park - a studio or office managed by The Space Creators gets you much more than just square feet: it gets you a place in one of the most vibrant communities in Denver.

Our resident creatives see the world - and their space - differently. They accept that they can positively impact their environment. They understand that the environment around them can positively impact their work & their life, and that bringing creative people of all types together into one community exponentially increases their creativity and productivity.
